Horrible customer service. The manager Brenda is not nice at all! I was used as a reference and was called everyday. I told them to take me off and not to call me anymore but they still continued. Spoke to the so called “manager” and she said they have to call me until they get ahold of whoever. Her whole tone and demeanor is VERY UNPLEASANT! Will never do business with them nor would I ever recommend them.

I have been to Kirtland Star Loan for business for several years and I have not had any problems or bad attitude from any of the loan officers there. I give them 5 stars and I'll continue to do business with them. You get back what you invest, positive attitude is part of the business.

I had paid my payment, got called twice said I needed to pay my bill it's behind but took my receipt. They fixed it . Thank you .
