SBI California is a bad choice. I had to try multiple times online to setup account online going through multiple steps providing information, ack their terms, upload docs, and finally I had to let a 3rd party access my Bank of America account by entering credentials. Finally after 3 hours after fully providing 3rd party access to my account, their representative told me that my account creation did not go through, and I have to try it again. I got tired and decided to go with another company. Through a different provider I sent money to India within a few seconds. SBI cleared $3000 from my BofA account. I also told their rep that I don't want to open account anymore; they don't care. I am still waiting for refund...

This is to damn complicated. I am trying to transfer my money back to my original funding account. Still I first have to wait for 2 days, 2 days to setup external transfer account. More waiting for the account to be available to make the transfer. I hope I will not be charged for transferring back my money.

Great service! Reema was very helpful in explaining the account options available to me as an OCI status holder. Highly recommend the branch! Worth the trip if you need help. Hint: after parking in garage, go to the Main Lobby and get elevator pass to access floor for SBI.

I was really very surprised to receive a call back from SBI-Cal. I had just called the customer service and did not even leave a message and still they called me back.
