We stayed in Steamboat over Labor Day weekend and the house was beautiful! I left some valuable personal items behind and Peggy contacted me right away and had them mailed to me the next day. Very great stay and excellent customer service, I highly recommend booking through them !

Everything about Steamboat Lodging Co. was superb! I can’t say it any better! They managed our reservations with excellence. We had zero problems during our stay. The staff followed up with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Exceeded our expectations!

Location was great but lacking in some details like coffee pot that did not work properly. Extremely slippery bathtub shower and no rubber mat. Air conditioning stopped working on last night. Called but no one showed up Left the next morning. Parking in the garage was challenging because between two concrete columns. Multiple key codes to get into garage and condo . I did not consider this to be a very enjoyable stay

Beware of bed bugs! We stayed with Steamboat Lodging company at their Elevate at Wildhorse property for three days over Labor day weekend. We had a lovely stay for the most part, but we wanted to warn anyone else staying here: the bedroom on the lowest floor has BED BUGS. The one person in our group who stayed in that room was covered in bites by the end of the trip (at first we thought they were mosquito bites, but then we did more research and realized they were definitely from bed bugs based on the size/pattern). Unfortunately, now that we've been home for two weeks, she started getting bites again & now has an infestation in her own home.

We flagged the issue to the Steamboat Lodging company, and they sent someone to check the beds who didn't find anything (I believe they did this - but bed bugs are also really hard to find).

Aside from the bed bugs issue, we had a truly lovely stay. Steamboat lodging was the most responsive / helpful vacation rental property I've ever stayed with. The rental was very clean & in a lovely community with a ton of great amenities. I know bed bugs are tough to spot / get rid of, and I don't think it's a sign at all of lack of effort from the property management company. I'm sure 99% of their rentals don't have this issue; we just wanted to warn people about Elevate at Wildhorse.

The building and grounds were great. The kitchen was well equipped and the rooms and beds were very comfortable. Our family enjoyed the pool and hot tubs and the central location is great for all the activities in the area. In addition to the property being great the communication from the property management group was top notch answering all our questions and reaching out leading up to our trip and instantly responding when we had any questions. I would highly recommend this property and this rental group.

I stayed in this home for a recent work trip to Steamboat, as I always stay with Steamboat Lodging Company when I'm in town. This home was perfect during a quiet time of year in the 'boat! Open floor plan that feels more like a city loft than a mountain home, which was cool. Really nice sheets and the home was warm and cozy. Strong wi-fi & the kitchen was fully stocked to cook in a few nights. Brick is a great restaurant and close by.
Finally, you'll love the private hot tub! 10/10 in my opinion!

Our stay at this location was wonderful! It was a quiet area, plenty of space for our group of 7, easy access to anywhere in town. The managers were very courteous and responsive with answers. I'd definitely book this accommodation again! Great value.
