I have now lived in the complex for 3 years, and want to mention the members of the office who do a wonderful job. I am always received in a pleasant and professional manner. And that's exactly what you wish for when you come to find out something in the office. And persistence in this way is something that deserves appreciation.

I'd like to give a huge shoutout to the community manager's, Kelly Mickelini and Emily Church. These ladies perfectly execute a true customer experience at Steeplechase. From beginning to end of my community tour, I felt welcomed and wanted. Though the ambiance of the property sells itself, the staff running this property add the cherry on top. If you're looking for a luxurious yet cozy, quiet and friendly community, Steeplechase is the place to be! Thank you ladies for a wonderful experience. Happy New Year!

I just wanted to give a shout-out to our Steeplechase at Parkview team for how well they prepared for the recent winter storms and immediately handled the snow removal (even over the weekends) of the parking lots, driveways and main sidewalks throughout our community. We have previously lived in other apartment communities where snow removal was not even attempted.

We have an active community here that needs to be able to use our sidewalks and drive our cars. Our maintenance specialists salted our sidewalks before the storms and shoveled them afterwards. Our office professionals made certain that our parking lots and driveways were plowed clear of snow.

Staff members remained accessible during the storms, maintaining normal office hours while many other local businesses were closed. Props to Jason, Antwon and Samuel in our maintenance/grounds department and to Emily, Kelly and Savannah in our community's office. Thank you for a job well done!

ALSO: Antwon is DUH MAN! Our garbage disposal died over Christmas (like some appliances sometimes like to do). We submitted a work order request for maintenance the morning after Christmas Day. Antwon immediately stopped by our apartment that morning. He checked out our garbage disposal, declared it dead and replaced it with a new one later the same day! The new one is running great!

Had a faucet leak which caused a large puddle in the kitchen, under the cabinets, and soaked into the trim late Friday afternoon, called the office to get it taken care of, nobody showed up until Monday afternoon. We towel dried most of it, and what we couldn't get had mostly air dried at this point. Technician had an attitude too. Kinda sucks lol.

Savannah was a huge help in getting me the information I needed to know the area. The layout of the apartments are nice and the windows let in lots of light (at least for 2 bed 2 bath).

I spent 4 years at this complex and I was actually sad to leave. I could NEVER say enough great things about this complex and the staff. Kara and Emily are so wonderful and worked with me anytime I needed it.

David was always on top of it when it came to maintenance. When my A/C went out the guys were there everyday for hours until it was fixed and Logan was a trooper and so apologetic when it wasn't even his fault.

Despite the normality's of apartment living I never had to complain too much and all of my concerns if I had any were met with a prompt response.

The grounds are always improving and knowing all the companies that have been used (as the company I work for uses the same ones) they do a wonderful job at keeping it maintained.

Again I can never say enough good things about my time here. I will definitely be visiting the staff every so often because that is how much they have made me feel like family.
