This management is awful! They cannot keep staff nor maintenance. 7 years of lies and one excuse after another as to why they cannot do repairs . Good example as to why affordable housing should be illegal. It only gives landlords an excuse to be slumlords, it’s sad when tenants abuse the system but when property managers are not held accountable for allowing this abuse is why affordable housing is another way for the system to be abused at tax payers expense!

Absolutely the worst managed apartments ever. No parking enforcement, work orders delayed for the longest, and just terrible management by the manager in charge Sandra. I feel bad for her assistants as they’re forced to work with such a lazy and terrible person. I was one told during my recertification from Sandra that “as you aware you make more than enough to live here” That comment alone made it clear that she was hostile towards us. Later I would be evicted for a small jar of marijuana that I didn’t get a chance to put away because they had the right to forcefully enter my apartment during an emergency. The emergency was to change my carbon monoxide detectors, not go through my apartment for contraband. I didn’t get a single warning except for my eviction notice 2 months later! If you live here and there’s an emergency, be prepared for an inspection with no notice in advanced!

*UPDATE*
Mission accomplished y’all, we got her removed from managing Heather Glenn and I have another apartment now.
