I do not feel like im in good hands. We have called several times for more insurance and don't receive a call back. Some how a viper alarm installed doesn't give any discount Im paying soo much every month and personally I am dissatisfied and intend to find a better agent.

We accidentally missed a premium payment and the policy lapsed. Allstate was kind enough to reinstate the policy, however, would not reinstate the safe driving discount even though we have not had a single claim or traffic violation in 43 years. It takes three years to get this discount back. This resulted in a significant increase in our premiums.
