Sarah and her team at Stillwater Mortgage are absolutely awesome! Fast, professional, caring, courteous, and can get the job done when no one else can. We talked to several mortgage brokers and banks, everybody gave us the run-a-round or dropped the ball, except Stillwater Mortgage in Casper. I have bought several houses in the past in several states through different lenders, Sarah Johnson and the ladies at Stillwater without a doubt are absolutely the best I have ever seen, I can't say enough good things about them!

Such an amazing team. Kathy, April and Randee have changed our lives. We originally closed on our home a year ago with Stillwater, and then a year later I received a call from Randee. She told us we should consider refinancing as the rates were super low. Here we are with an interest rate 2 points lower than our initial simply because Randee thought to call us.

I have never seen a group of folks work harder to put people into homes. And you would never know the pressure and stress they go through because they are always kind and confident on the phone. These folks will do everything in their power to get you taken care of - they certainly have for me. All four times. They are the most knowledgeable folks in the business and have quite the following. For good reason. While they run all the big loan programs you would expect a mortgage lender to use, they also use the not-so-common ones. So if you don't qualify with a "normal" loan, there are a ton of different options. Call them, you won't be disappointed.

I can't say enough about Sarah and Lexi!! They overcame the impossible and got me my first home!!!!!! I can't thank them enough for answering ALL my calls, answering ALL my questions, and reassuring me through the whole process. They are a good company, but even better, they are great people! Wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Kathy confirmed one interest rate with us and then "lost" it and stuck us with an interest rate that is 1.5% over what she told us she would get us. Not surprising though when she regularly would leave and be completely unavailable after 12pm on workdays. She would also tell us that we were completely set one day and then frantically email us that if we didn't get BLANK done by Monday that we wouldn't close on time. Will be referring friend, family, enemies, to anyone other than Stillwater.

Was really not impressed, felt like they were to busy to help with our mortgage but they didn't want to say it. Would go days without hearing from them. They would commit to things and not follow through. We had to completely start over 2 weeks before we were set to close because they dropped the ball they then wouldn't return phone calls or emails so we had to switch banks. I really wish they would have just told me they were to busy to help us, then we would have found someone else from the start.
