Horrible experience with Kevin bell one of the managers here. Gave me wrong information regarding the loan. Kept stringing me on pretending he could close till I eventually lost lots of money in appraisal feels and extension fees. Would definitely stay away from them. Horrible experience would never do business with again.

Heather is very professional and knows exactly what she is doing. Mortgage is a complicated process. Yet, as first time home buyers we found it to be easy and seamless because of Heather’s expertise. Absolutely the best! Teresa was always quick to answer our questions (via call, text, or email) no matter what we asked. She was kind and understanding and made the entire process quick and easy! Stockton Mortgage Corp. and their employees are amazing! They really care for their clients and making sure they get the best service. They got my interest rate lower than any other company I looked at and they provided 5 star service. And they made sure I was ready to close before my closing date.
