As a new home buyer and active duty service member, Derrick made me completely comfortable in every decision along the home buying process and was very thorough/detailed in his explanations. He explained every step of the process and was patient with all my questions. I was very stressed at one point with juggling work inspections and trying to decipher the house paperwork I was being asked to sign. I told Derrick about how I felt overwhelmed with everything on my plate and he made me a video explaining my paperwork and discussed each line item for me to watch on my own time. This small gesture made SUCH a difference for me and shows the excellent service you’ll get working with him. He also has detailed YouTube videos that are easy to follow along. Recommend those as well, esp for any new home buyer!
