Stone Oak Mortgage is the best I have ever worked with. From the first phone call with Christopher we felt that someone was not only hearing but listening . We were treated like family. By far, one of the worst lenders I've had to do business with. I was the Realtor on the Seller side and the buyer chose this company as their lender. The loan officer was Richard Mosley. They had to push the closing date back four times, 13 days past the original date, then still asked for another extension for 5 more days on top of that. In conclusion, the buyer their Earnest Money because the lender was not able to deliver. They were horrible with communicating and countless broken promises/agreements. I would urge all listing agents and buyers to stay away... unless you like to waste time and lose money.

My family bought a house during a time where the market was going crazy and things were constantly changing.
