I invested in a failed RE investment fund managed by Stonecrest. I lost 45% of my money. When the fund was closed in 2020, they wanted to hold 2M of investors' money for three years for fear of law suits. Now that three-year holding period is up, I called to following up on my share of the money, they told me that they had sent the check to all the investors in December last year. The check to me was sent to my address of more than10 years ago. Of course I didn't receive it. I have moved twice since. I don't get it. My address with Stonecrest is up to date as I receive 1065 and statements regularly. In addition to that, nobody bothered to contact me when the check didn't get cashed for over 2 months. They have my phone number on file. I'm still waiting for my check.

1. Stonecrest Accounting has had our current address since 2018, True or False?
2. The fund kept losing money from 2009 to 2022, under the sole management of Stonecrest, despite the booming RE market, True or False?

I am extremely grateful to have been able to invest in 2007 into the Private Capital Fund. Over 15 years the fund never failed to reinvest or pay out interest on a timely manner.
I would not be today financially where I am without having had the growth and steady income from the fund.
My special thanks go to Shafiq and his team for their incredible support, amazing personal touch, empathy and understanding in times of worries (especially the 2008 financial crisis).
I myself worked in the financial industry and saw many people losing their life savings in these years. But PCF's management maneuvered brilliantly through this time without losing a cent for their investors and not missing a distribution even one time.
