Jordan Schwartz, with Strategic Wealth Designers (SWD) has been a financial advisor to me for over 2-1/2 years. I am very happy with the service that SWD has provided. Jordan has been great! He has been very professional and responsive. He has always been available to discuss my portfolio and answer questions that I may have. I like the fact that SWD does not use a "cookie cutter" strategy when managing my portfolio, but tailors it to my specific needs, risk tolerance and time frame. We first heard about Strategic Wealth Designers via a flyer in the mail, inviting us to a free dinner and one-hour presentation explaining the services and history of their company, as well as their investing strategies. I have been with Stragic Wealth for almost a year and a half, and so far so good. I like the fact that they offer weekly educational webinars and monthly podcasts. Very helpful. They also used to educational dinners. I really enjoyed attending those events; however, due Covid-19, the dinner program has been suspended. Looking forward to attending those again! There is one area I'd like to see improvement, and that is not being able to speak directly with a representative. I usually have to leave a message. In a perfect world, I would prefer to speak to a representative versus leaving a message for a call back. Again, a good experience this first year and a half.
