Pros: They're a legit lender and able to give out decent sized loans against your investment properties. They're able to get you up to 85% TVL against your property and require minimal paperwork and no W2's or taxes. They're able to cut upfront costs and add it your loan.

Cons: They're not very efficient. Their customer service isn't great. They may take weeks to get back to you once you submit all the paperwork. You may have to chase them to get a response. The timeline from application to funding is pretty long.

My experience with them wasn't great, I wouldn't recommend them if you're in need of cash fast. Also I'm 90% sure all the 5 star reviews are bots. When you see a google reviewer with 1 or 2 reviews only they're usually bots and I can't imagine anyone giving this business 5 stars. Ended up not going through with the loan, they didn't want to work with me after I posted a bad review, where I did make a mistake of calling them a scam company (which was false & I deleted it) but other than that everything else is the truth.
