We are a vendor that works with Stratton Property Management. Our business has us working with many property management companies and Stratton stands out. I've had nothing but excellent experiences with Stratton Property Management. Tracy Hixson is who I deal with and she is professional, responsive and truly cares about her clients (owners). Owners that are being managed by Stratton have nothing to worry about. Their properties are some of the nicest kept properties and Tracy and her team make sure to turn the properties around quickly to get them back on the market and get them rented. I highly recommend Stratton to any owner looking for a company that will treat your property with the same care that they would show their own property.

After reading positive reviews, Stratton seemed like a promising option. Initially, Heather provided clear explanations and promptly sent me all necessary information. Later, I was transferred to Logan, who has been great to work with. His communication is excellent, and he responds quickly whenever I need assistance.

The rental process was remarkably smooth. I appreciated the ability to view the home and conduct a walkthrough on my own, rather than needing to coordinate a specific meeting time. Once I found the right place, submitting my documents was fast and easy. I also appreciate that they proactively reach out to see if I need anything.

Overall, my experience with Stratton, Heather, and especially from Logan has been exceptional. Thank you for providing such a high level of service.

My overall experience with Stratton as a property management company has been good.. Over the last few years I've had a couple different property managers assigned to my rental but Terri is the best! She has been very helpful in answering all of my questions and concerns.

They have been fantastic. They have vendors for every maintenance issue that has come up. They have a great rehab team to get vacant properties rent ready.
