Honestly I didn't have a great experience. Set an appointment for a house showing and they showed up 15 mins late. You should never be late to an appointment because people's times are just as valuable as yours. Second they sent a person to open the house who couldn't answer a single question. If you're going to show a home you should be informed about the house and have basic knowledge of a home before showing it. They were so unorganized and honestly I wouldn't want to have to deal with a property management company who is unorganized and doesn't return calls. If the company isn't punctual and organized and handles situations in a timely manner that's not a company with integrity and isn't a right company to work with. But that was my experience and frankly I didn't want nothing to do with the house given the fact that they'd be handling the home inquiries I may have regarding the home. So in making a decision on getting a home don't just look to the home but also the management team because they're the ones who you'll always have to go through. That's huge for me and when there's too many red flags I walk away no matter how much I loved the home.

Set up a 9 a.m. showing, even called the business the day before to confirm showing, no one showed up, no text, phone call , nothing.their schedule for showing times, had 9a.m.as a choice for a showing time.
