I had the easiest and smoothest transaction with Nick and Kayla at Sullivan Home Loans! They explained everything thoroughly and never left me in the dark. Nick Cannon-Mason is absolutely the best!!! Getting a mortgage while being self-employed can be difficult. Nick and Kayla worked through all the options to get me the best fit for my needs. Nick is the best LO I have ever dealt with! He is caring and has great communication with every step of the way! We originally had a loan going with a LO from Kentucky and then he told us he couldn’t help us, and a real estate agent gave me Nicks number. He is amazing and saved us so much money! Absolutely horrible experience because of them! Constantly needing another piece of paperwork at all hours of the day and had to resend a lot of things three or four times because they didn’t know what they were doing!! Tells us 1 thing and what we can afford then tells us 24hrs before we are supposed to close that we have to pay off are car of $12,000 in order for us to close and get the house! A lot of other issues and red flags along the way! Save your self the time and money and go elsewhere! This place is a joke!

I had the pleasure of working with Nick Cannon-Mason, and if i could give 10 starts i would. This guy really strives to make any situation work for his people!! Things would pop up, and he was on top of it with an answer for everything! Quick to get ahold of me with any new information, and is super responsive anytime i call!! I closed on my house thanks to him & the help of Lanesha! Nick has been absolutely awesome through this whole process, and still answers all the questions i shoot his way.
