Nicole at the front desk is an amazing creature. She is a problem solver. When Joe was running the place, you could have a reasonable owner-renter relationship. Current management serves one God, and that is called "money." You need a recorder when speaking with them. They have no problem lying to your face. Or put every single word you exchange on paper. They have no problem insulting you.
No matter how clean you leave the place, there are zero chances you get the security deposit back.

Where do I start very unprofessional and they don’t fix anything I’ve paid my rent I was advanced for many months and one day they gave me a 30 day letter ( I was told by a tenant who’s been here for 17 years ) that Katherine told her “because I’m not mentally stable” sounds like DISCRIMINATION now I’m being taken to court for an eviction without a real legit legal reason for me to have to leave . To be honest Id be happy leaving I don’t feel safe at a place where they also let a tenant pamela Boyd pull a gun out on me in the parking lot of Alexander building

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. I've been renting from Sun Realty for over a year now and so far Joe, Nicole. and Katherine have been very pleasent. The building I live in is always clean, neighbors are friendly, and management seems to take care of issues on the property right away. I've had my fair share of slumlords in the past and Joe Kotso definitely isn't one. Best property management in NWI in my opinion.

This place 4203 is very outdated . Door frames need to be completely replaced. The toliet are not flushing correctly if you move here you could be without a bathroom. There is no real maintenance . The washer and dryer always have problems. The carpet in the hallway are stained and nasty . The door to your apartment ( you only one way in and one way Out) get stick when there is moisture in the building so it is hard to get in or out. They is a big hole in the laundry area that contains water and stinks and has rust in it. They will go up on your rent constantly. Please do not move here move in with a relative and save for a better place.

Great rental company if you need to rent an apartment or a condominium. Very affordable.
Places are clean , up to date and the other renters in the complex are very quiet and respectful . Great Landlord.
