Our experience with Sunstreet was excellent. About a decade ago, I obtained mortgage through a major national bank. When I tried to contact this same institution with some questions about a VA loan, the lending agent ignored our scheduled call and proceeded to completely "ghost" me. Needless to say, we decided to look for a local lender. Mr. Subia at Sunstreet was easy to reach and extremely knowledgeable about the process.
