From the 1st message that I sent to job completion, James Hild of Super Roofers was nothing short of professional, knowledgeable, on time, and excellent workmanship! If you have any roof needs I would not hesitate to give him a call. He showed up on time and even did a follow up to make sure there were no other issues. Fabulous company!!!

Super Roofers is an excellent company and replacing our roof was a painless and great experience. James Hild was excellent to work with. Very responsive, very knowledgeable, and showed up when he said he would. He also worked with our insurance to ensure they had the proper documentation needed for our roof. He stayed on top of the job to ensure everything was going smoothly. He even came by after the work was finished to ensure everything was cleaned up properly.  They were competitive in their pricing and provided quality work. We are very happy with the roof and I highly recommend James and Super Roofers!

James Hild of Super Roofers was fantastic. He not only did an excellent job fulfilling his contract but fixed other problems not in the contract and not part of the roof itself. I want to thank Brad and Andrew for all their help with my new roof in the aftermath of Hurricane Sally. I was a little skeptical going into the insurance process since this was my first time dealing with home owners insurance on this level. Andrew answered all of my questions and kept me up to date through the entire insurance ordeal. Never once did I feel like he was trying to sell me a roof. I always felt like he cared about my problem. Once my claim was approved and deposited, I contacted Andrew and they showed up to replace my roof within the week and had it installed about 2 days later.
Brad was great too. He was onsite for the entire process, from tear down to punch list. If I had questions about why or when something was happening , he took the time to explain it in layman's terms. If he didn't know the answer, he found out and got back to me right away. He was always genuine and understanding. When Brad wasn't answering questions, he was pushing the magnet around the yard and driveway picking up nails. Even the installers were friendly and took time to answer specific questions that I had. A couple days after completion, Brad called to check on things and brought the magnet by one more time to run through the yard.
All in all, it was a great experience. Our roof is beautiful and fortified (we got our certificate about 2 weeks ago) and sure to stand up to the next big storm. I'm not saying I want to go through the process again anytime soon, but if I do, I am calling Super Roofers!

A bad storm tore off a section of my roof - shingles. Super Roofers fixed the damage within 24 hours so I didn't have to worry about water damage from the next upcoming storm. No drama. Gave me a quote. I approved. They showed up. It was fixed. I would hire again.
