Rented through this company for three years. Moved into the home dirty from previous occupants, when it was promised to be cleaned before move in. The water was not turned on upon moving in, and once I had it turned on a MAJOR plumbing issue was found that I continued to struggle with the entire time I lived at the home, plumbers were out no less than five times in three years. When summer came, we discovered the a/C didn't work, at all. I spent two weeks, 9 months pregnant with an additional child, suffering, before they finally fixed the issue. Most recently, I complained about mold on the bathroom ceiling in July. They sent a tech out and never came back. Now, I am at the end of my lease and was just informed today that our property was sold to a new rental company. I had inquired MULTIPLE times about the future of the property and was left in the dark. Not even sure what I'm meant to do from here. This is the SHADIEST company you could ever encounter and I'm thrilled my time with them has come to and end. They've also reviewed me negatively to properties I've applied for, when I've given AMPLE notice of late payment and ALWAYS paid the date I stated, and my most recent balance reading was incorrect and ENTIRELY their fault.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I rented my house a year before supreme property management company took over. After they took over I started having plumbing problems that I reported immediately. They sent a plumber out twice who told me they were told not to fix the problem just to assess it. My bathtub would not drain and my toilet was leaking into my kitchen directly over my stove. I sent pictures every stage of destruction. Started as water coming through the ceiling turned into mold and my ceiling bubbling and drywall falling. Still could barely use the tub, I was plunging for up to 30 mins after every one took a bath. I sent pictures was ignored. Eventually I lost my patience and called them slumlords. (They definitely are) they told me they would not tolerate slander and sent me a letter saying they would not renew my lease. Mind you I was never late on my rent. My 5 kids and I had to quickly find a place to live. This was August 2022. The house is still vacant February 2023. Instead of fixing my problem and keep getting my consistent on time rent they threw me and my kids out.

I had the great misfortune of finding myself stuck with these people as property managers after my landlord sold the property I was renting to someone else. I discovered this via notes taped to my door and a lock having been changed. It took multiple phone calls to two different phone numbers to get a key to that new lock. Then, after a big freeze, I found myself with plumbing problems. I contacted them about it, and after a week of them failing to get anyone out to fix it, I contacted the Board of Health, which noticed a bunch of other issues. Rather than fix all of these issues, Supreme Property Management and the new landlord opted to throw me out. Their communication is terrible, their customer service is worse, and they clearly don't care about their customers. Don't ever do business with these people.

First off i wouldn't even give them a 1 star if Icould get away with it. I rented from them for 5 yrs. They were good and prompt on work orders and what not up until about 2 yrs ago I would put in a work order for my roof leaking and the order kept getting canceled. Then back in November my furnace went out and it didn't get fixed until the end of January. Got that fixed then we started having sewer and water problems, and to this day it has not been fixed and we moved out 2 months ago. I reported it to the board of health and when they found out I moved they canceled all the proceedings of fining then and everything. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to live there.

I moved in back in march & immediately put in work orders on items that needed to be fixed. 8 months later & still nothings been fixed. No one is responding to my voicemails or my emails anymore. I do my part paying my bills on time but they can’t do their part in actually sending maintenance out to make repairs. These are serious repairs needed by the way, such as an underground leak, holes in the roof, proper plumbing… stuff the department of health can shut them down for because it’s to the point where it’s not a habitable place for my daughters & I anymore. We’re already working with an attorney since no one is responding anymore. I’m sure we’ll hear from them when they finally get the letter.

UPDATE...Now they are making me sue them to get my deposit. They say they will not return because the garage door is damaged. The garage door was damaged over a year ago by a tree falling, which I reported with no response. Now they say it is my fault and are keeping my deposit. RUN. UPDATE...I have lived in a SPM rental for several years now. The maintenance at this place is terrible. The problem is not the maintenance personnel though, it is whoever is in charge of contacting the maintenance. I will put in a request online, and it will say someone has been contacted to help, and then nothing. When you contact them to find out why they say "we contacted maintenance". But when maintenance finally shows up weeks later they say they were just contacted that day, not weeks ago when the request was put in. This house has constant sewage issues that has led to structural damage due to maintenance sometimes taking as long as 9 months to fix a clogged sewage pipe. If this is how they treat all the houses they manage I can imagine all of them are getting ready to fall apart like this one. RUN! Find a place that cares about the homes they manage. SPM has failed over and over and will most likely continue to do so. UPDATE. I recently had to replace the oven and stove, at my own expense, because they told me, for 4 months, they were coming out to fix it and never showed up. This place is falling apart and they do not seem to care.

I LOVE MY HOUSE! I also thought their approval process was nice as I didn't waste my time looking at house, then find out I didn't qualify. My furnace went out the day is was below zero and they had an HVAC company out within hours. I have only been there since November, but I am planning on renewing my lease already. Their online payment system makes it easy for me to pay my rent. I can also just have it auto-deducted.
