We are so grateful that our realtor shared Myra Lochner's contact information with us, as we were looking to finance our new home. The first lender's pre-approval process was taking so long, and we needed a quicker path. So, that's when we were referred to Myra. Myra was able to provide us with the pre-approval we need to start the building process in less than 72 hours. We were stunned because we had already been in a 2 week cycle with the previous lender. It took about 7.5 months to build our home, so we knew the initial pre-approval would expire and we needed to choose our final lender. Swan Financial was 1 of 3 lenders we received quotes from. Walden Mortgage and Mortgage Network, Inc. were the other two. All quotes were really close, but Swan Financial was our choice because their rates were the most competitive and we closed with the lowest monthly payment possible...which was our goal. We must also mention that the process was super detailed and already high-stressed. Myra spoke to me and said, "Trust Me". We were able to contact Myra via text and have her return my communications in a timely manner. From the interest rate to the down payment amount, everything that Myra sent to us in the loan estimation phase, Swan honored when we came to the closing table, and in some cases, it was even better.

AND, we were absolutely blown away with the level of quality and expertise that Steve Resch, part of the processing team, exhibited all along the way. This is the 3rd home we have built, so we know the drill. Typically, it feels like you're waiting in a dark hole, while underwriting is doing their thing. We received weekly and sometimes daily updates directly to my email regarding the STATUS of our application. Steve emailed and called whenever he needed clarification or more info. Altogether, the Swan Financial experience was a breath of fresh air. We emphatically recommend this company for first time (or third time) homeowners.
