Going to be honest, I wasn’t impressed. I called based on a recommendation to find out about renter’s insurance. Spoke with Julie Inglehart who seemed unimpressed that I was only calling about renter’s and even asked me “Oh, so you’re only calling about Renter’s Insurance?” It seemed like she couldn’t wait to get me off the phone and just said she’d email me with all the information she needed. Every other agent at other companies I spoke with took down this information over the phone, answered abt questions and offered advice. I understand that not everyone has the patience or time for small talk but a little more assistance when I was looking to do business with them would’ve been helpful.
