They have such a great team! i will always recommend my family, and friends to "at least see what JEN can do for them"! As for the coverage, on my properties and vehicles, I have little complaint. All claims have been handled. The local representative/office, is deserving of the one star. If my choice were based on the treatment I have received locally, I would go elsewhere.
I pay my premium annually. I have (to me) a hefty policy, covering my home, items in storage and multiple vehicles. After many years of my wife being the person that talked with the "agent(s)", it is now left to me. I have tried to establish face-to-face contact, which doesn't work, if every time you go there, you have to talk to someone new. On my last visit, to pay my annual fee, I was off-handedly informed that, "We don't usually take payments here". Good to know, since I have come here for several years, just to pay it. I have been surprised to learn that, when asking for two of the same cars, to have matching policies, didn't. Then after asking for that to be corrected, figure out that they were still covered differently.
So once again, my dissatisfaction with Synergy, is the local office. My insurance coverage, is possibly 5-stars. I have gone to other providers, to get comparisons and been told they couldn't beat them.
