My boyfriend and I were in a tight situation needing to move; and finding rentals with pets is hard and expensive! We didn’t think we could buy a house due to some credit issues and not having thousands and thousands saved up. We had spoken to another loan officer prior and they wouldn’t give us the time of day. Enter: Tanya! From day one, she was so positive when we were coming into this already feeling so defeated. We know we were not easy to get approved and it took a LOT of extra work to get us there. After a very long time, lots of emotions (from me lol), lots of hoops and hurdles, one backed out escrow, many many late nights of work, we are closing on our home today. Through the entire process, among the countless hours of additional work done by Tanya and her team, was a CONSTANT positive light. Never once did Tanya give us any doubts about this not working out, it was always “we will get there!!” And “no” was never an option. She fought so hard for us and always found a way and always cleared my negative thoughts thinking we would never get here. Here we are at the finish line, thanks to Tanya. She is a lifesaver!!!

I cannot recommend Tanya enough! When we were ready to buy, I called about six lenders (per recommendation from our realtor) and Tanya blew every single other lender out of the water. She explained everything thoroughly and was there to answer questions literally anytime one came up. My husband and I are self-employed and the property we bought was a “confusing one” due to multiple APNs. Tanya was creative, knowledgeable, and worked so hard for us, it was almost as if our dream home was part of her dream too. If you’re self-employed, go with Tanya.
