I moved out of there a little over a year ago I had lived there for 8 years it was great up until about the last 6 years of it the managers are a joke they don't fix nothing they don't take care of the property it is not safe for children at all any of these people in the reviews claiming it's safe for children are lying through their teeth when I lived there for over 3 years every time we turned on the bathroom fan upstairs water would come pouring through it they didn't care so we just couldn't use it no more it was molding the entire ceiling they didn't care all they wanted was rent rent rent Jim and Nancy the manager their son is a partial owner so they will lie cheat and steal from the tenants and do whatever it takes to protect their son and just get him money money money money money money they don't fix anything and they don't care

Apartment manager will not do anything about the theft on the property and lies about the cameras on the premise's not working. If you are going to allow the scum of the earth to live in the apartments maybe you should be prepared for when they steal from visitors and they want to file a police report and get access to your cameras. The place is filled with criminals and their degenerate adult children. People are going to come looking for the scum that you harbor in those apartments for the crimes they have been committing all over town. Be prepared.

Don’t expect any maintenance to be done. We got mold on our ceiling and Jim & Nacy wanted to “paint over it”. Absolutely sick and they do not care for personal health. Disgusting housing!
