I am deeply disappointed with the level of service I received from Lena. She was short and dismissive, and when I pointed this out, she became argumentative. As a customer with multiple policies, this is very disheartening.
In short, the information I needed wasn't immediately visible on her screen, so she directed me to the 800 number, which routed me back to my local agent. When I ended up back on the line with her, she was clearly unhappy and became argumentative.
I then called another agency directly, and they were able to locate the information within 10 minutes and assist me accordingly. As a customer, Lena should have been able to provide this level of service. I am now considering moving our accounts to the other agency.
