I just had an appointment with Frank Rivas recently, he’s extremely knowledgeable/descriptive. Frank takes his time to explain everything to you and has amazing patience for all the questions I had for him haha. Frank also gave me educated insights on mortgage financing without me even having to ask. I came to Tax concepts for help on one thing, but frank helped me out in many ways. The atmosphere that Frank creates gets rid of all your anxiety and wants to help you strive. If you want someone that’s not going to rush you and is highly professional. Frank is that guy! I came in on a recommendation and was not disappointed. When came into the their Hammond location, it was easy to reach them and easy navigation to get to there. I came with the need to get back taxes as well as my current year done and they helped me tremendously. I was able to give Blanca and Frank the information they needed to do it and they were able to not only help me but, gave no judgement ontop of their welcoming nature and professionalism. They have a new customer in me for next year and others that I’ll tell about the work they did for me when I desperately wanted it to fix my tax situation. Thank you again!

I stumbled upon Tax Concepts after googling local tax professionals in my area. I typically do my own taxes, but felt it was wise to seek help from a tax professional at this stage in my life.
