Team Property Management is HORRIBLE beyond words. They were unfortunately selected as property mangers for my community many years before I moved in. It has been less than two months under new property management and our community is already exponentially a better place to live. There is a reason why they have a majority one star ratings (23 out of 31 one star reviews on yelp). As a person who has a clear understanding of business as a former professional in finance, insurance and law, I can confidently state that team property managements business practices are questionable at best and unethical at worst. They do not have a working phone number, used multiple unlicensed vendors (at multiple communities), and if you research their business, you will see a history of court cases and a former employee who made news headlines for the wrong reason while employed at team property. They will always claim to be "an agent to the board" but I can tell you from first hand experience that this is not true. Please avoid this business at all costs. Listen to the strong majority of one star reviews.

Terrible people to work with!!! They need to better inform residents about their rules that they think are safe for our community! My car got towed without a warning and it has always been to my understanding that you must get a warning before you get towed. I had only left my car parked for a few minutes before I would head to work, to only find out my car was towed. Not only do I have to pay to get my car back but I also lost a day at work because of these so called rules that don’t reach many of the people who live in these communities. There needs to be better organization and communication here! Answer the questions being asked by the client the one who pays for your HOA fees, trusts that you will keep the community safe and still fails to take care of it instead of repeating an answer that was already mentioned over and over because you think it’s the only way you’ll keep the client happy.

This is the absolute worst company. They manage my HOA in Irvine.
I recently came home to a leak in my roof. Sunday Oct 1st. It barely rained and it was literally dripping through my upstairs bedroom ceiling and the floor was soaked. Drenched hours after the rain stopped. It had stopped raining and was not supposed to rain again so I called and left a message (not the emergency line because there was nothing that could be done the day). NEVER received a call back all Monday. I called the emergency line on Monday afternoon because i was trying to get the leak in my roof looked at. Super nice lady on that line. Got a call back finally and was told a vendor would call that night or first thing in the morning. Go figure. NO call. Now its Wednesday I call again to request something to happen. Again told a vendor will call. Hurray Vendor calls me and says will come out Thursday before noon. I confirm that my wife is home so you can inspect damage in the attic and my house when you are there. The vendor shows up wish is a miracle. He is rude to my wife. Refuses to look at the inside damage. Says he'll be back sometime to repair LEAK in my roof. Never calls, never shows up. Never any follow up from my HOA representatives. Clearly not important that a major leak is in my roof.
Surprise it barely rains again and another dripping leak through my bedroom ceilling.... Oct 11th. Huge leak, little rain. Its like the roof drains into my upstairs.
I call and am told that I will receive a call back today. Guaranteed.
Any guesses? NEVER called. I know I can see the surprise on your face.

Oct 12th. Still no call but a short email saying the roofer will be there Sat. Okay. any other info? Again says Vendor will call you, Vendor will see damage in attic? .....
Literally no contact, no info, no email from anyone.

Oct 14th Saturday
I had to travel but my wife calls and says well at least I hear someone on the roof. Or noisy ghosts. Never talked to hear, confirmed the work, never asked to see attic/crawl space. I am grateful that the roof was patched. So happy to know what was done, What the problem was? what was done to prevent this from happening again? Oh wait. Nothing.

Oct 26th
I was traveling for 1 week. Was hoping my HOA, my protectors and advocates would contact me to see if the job was done. Maybe if they came inside? Maybe we need to get a different vendor to see the damage inside your house. I have to call again. I am put on hold. I am on hold for 46 minutes. I email them asking if a 45 minute hold time is standard. Wow. they pick up.
- They tell me the roof was patched.
- they never mention that noone came inside, noone is looking at the damage to my house.
- Finally she tells me we'll that roof vendor only does the crawl space damage and another vendor needs to come to look at the ceiling. Not to mention my floor and carpet. Which they still haven't acknowledged.
- Question: the "roof" vendor has been to my house twice now.
Has refused or completely ignored us to avoid going inside.
I'm waiting for this person to come to the job he has
refused to do?
- So the vendor who was supposed to look at my ceiling and floor was never called or has never even been asked to get me on the schedule.
So my flooded attic and flooring gets to sit and grow mold for over 3 weeks... because why?

If you are interested, I am told that they will contact the vendors to hopefully get me in their schedule.

I am not feeling hopeful. Best of luck if you have to deal with them. Or maybe you live in an area they care about and get better service. If so good on you.

Newhope Garden is my community, the 2 broad members have been there for many years, Jackie is the HOA manager. They used Crocodile construction for all the works and this company overcharged for everything, now my monthly payment is around 400 and 200 assessment for past 3 years. The building is in a very bad condition, I will hire a lawyer soon to find out where all the money went. We have no money in our reserve account.

I recently had a unit for sale is park bristol. Just as we were about to list the property we discovered an issue that could have significantly delayed selling the property and this would have caused financial harm to the owner. We communicated the issue to the HOA. The HOA responded quickly and they realized this was an HOA responsibility. They still could have sat on this problem but no they did not they sent out there contrator right away and started and completed repairs right away! Big complements to Kathy & Jennie at Team property management for helping this owner! Also, a big thank you to the board of directors as they had to approve these repairs.

Every few months, they would lose my hoa payments even though I pay by echeck through the bank. It has been more than three weeks, and they still have not correct my latest missed payment that I have emailed them the proof. Grecia, who were substituting for Jackie, is the most unprofessional and disrespectful representative of the TEAM Property Management Company. She was condescending and easily annoyed when I asked questions for clarification. Avoid this place if you can.

If I could post a review ZERO stars I would. Countless emails have been sent to Kathy, the owner, Sheila our representative of our HOA and her assistant that go unanswered. As homeowners, part of our association fees pay this firms salaries. Provide the service that is expected and that we pay for. It's time for the board to be accountable and listen to the homeowners as you were elected to do so. Be very aware that the negative reviews written here and on other social media platforms are very true.
