Terrible service, vapor barrier improperly installed

They charged for a service they did not perform. I was home and they never came to my house. My dogs would have alerted me if they had. I called the service technician immediately after the email arrived saying he just left my place. He said no that it was not an email saying he had been there. I read it to him and he apologized and said he would fix it.

I received a bill in the mail and called him again and he said he would see what he could do. Still nothing has been done. Called the numbers posted at the Mena location, the first two numbers are not working numbers. Third answered. Told me he would pass my complaint on and would call me back in two days. He did not call back and still nothing has been done about my issue.
