My family and I came to the beautiful city of South Bend, Indiana last month to find a place for my son to live at while attending Notre Dame for the next 3 years. After viewing a few very disappointing complexes, we stopped by the 87 which was still under construction, and were totally impressed by the presentation and showing done by the complex manager, Amanda Kindley. She was very detailed and made us aware of the specials that they had at the time and we had no hesitation at all in picking a unit and signing the lease. What we assumed to be the hardest part of moving a our son from Ca across the country for school, ended up being the easiest part and that's all due to the great service of the staff and management led by Amanda and the rest of the ladies at the office. Now we have moved in through a very smooth process a few days ago. The units themselves are beautifully furnished with high quality, practical furniture and most importantly washer & dryer. All you need is your clothes and youre all set. I have taken some pictures of the complex for your view. As the saying goes, the pictures don't do it justice.
Good luck to all the great students coming to this beautiful city to attend the amazing University of Notre Dame. Go Irish.

I’ve really enjoyed living at the 87! Nice, new facilities and a lovely staff - the building is kept very clean. I love the proximity to campus as well. Only thing I would suggest is to reduce the amount of blue salt used in the winter !

Love all the new amenities, living space, and community atmosphere! Location is a huge bonus! You can easily walk to Notre Dame & are near several stores and restaurants. Management is super reliable and kind. Highly recommend living at the 87!!

I’ve lived at the 87 for close to four months now and I have had the best experience. The front desk staff are always greeting me with kindness and a smile. The maintenance crew, Steve and Justin, are always a breath of fresh air. They have helped me a great deal and are always willing to help. I recommend this apartment complex a million times over!!

The 87 is a great off campus option with brand new amenities and lots of options. The leasing team is awesome, the spaces are always clean, and the commute to campus couldn’t be easier!
