Jon and team were wonderful to work with! They DELIVER. As a numbers/data-oriented investor, Jon took the time to walk me through the nitty gritty questions to help me understand the loan product we were selecting, the loan process in general (it's hard to find a lender who is willing to share that much time with me), and think about how we want to set myself up for the years to come. The team works so quickly to underwrite and make corrections, and Jon is a top-notch communicator. He even signed on late Sunday night to lock in the best rate for me once I decided to move forward.
