There aren't enough great things to say! Kim and Mike truly went above and beyond. This was a tricky/unique transaction with very last-minute changes at the 11th hour before closing. My buyers were under a strict deadline to close in order to receive a max refund. Kim exceeded my expectations with her tireless work ethic, knowledge and kept us in constant communication every step along the way.
