I want preface this by saying that I don't usually leave reviews but I have been with this agency for over 6 years now entrusting them to manage my home owners insurance. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Not only are they extremely responsive and helpful, I'm on a first name basis with multiple members of their team. Highly recommend this agency for your very important insurance needs.

I was solicited by Salvador Ferrante by phone. He sold me this wonderful story about how great All-State insurance is. And I believed it. I was wrong. This insurance is the worst. I can't even afford the coverage I need. I've downloaded their Drivewise app to get a discount that is advertised. But in fine print, the discount doesn't work in my state! I've had questions about my policies but the employees at All-State can't be bothered to answer. They will hang up on you when you are speaking to them. I feel trapped in having this insurance because it's so expensive that I can't save money to get a different insurance company. STAY AWAY FROM ALL-STATE!!!!!!

5 stars isn’t enough! This agency is filled with honorable, hard working individuals who do their best to make sure their clients are getting quality service. It’s such a breath of fresh air to work with a responsive company. All my questions are answered in a timely fashion with no confusion. Strongly suggest for anyone looking for an insurance company.

If I could give this a zero star I would! This is an absolutely shameful office! I called and no one responded, I called again and was told to send a text. Someone FINALLY called me back about my request to cancel my insurance. This fraudulent agent told me I had 2 options, I could either pay 1000$ or suspend my policy and pay 10$ a month for a year. I contacted my new State Farm Agent right away and was assured this is a total scam! I don't blame All-State, because I know the corruption is within THIS agency. Would NEVER recommend Salvator Ferrante's Agency to ANYONE!
