Terrible reps. Added an assortment of extras on my elderly parents policy and acted like their printer was down and couldn't cancel the policy even though they could docu-sign online they said they didn't know how to do it and wanted us to drive 40 miles to the other office to cancel. Our insurance was supposed to be $125 and it was $375

What they don't tell upfront, they do underwrite to smaller offices. Kinda like a McDonald's it's a franchise.
