If ZERO stars was an option that’s what I would have rated this company, Do not waste your time. I went To visit a property and sent all the paper work to apply. You have to fill out app that looks like they took a picture of, they gave me the run around the whole time and Anita was very snappy because she didn’t know how to use the work number to verify my employment. Also they sent a rental verification form to my prior residence and didn’t want to take the information that was provided, they could only provide certain info. Also they lied about running my credit never did that, i have Alerts with all three credit bureaus, so I would Have known, basically they took my money and didn’t provide a lick of service! I’m writing the better business bureau as well because i strongly Feel this was discrimination at the least.

I am a property owner and GPM manages my properties. I live out-of-state now, so to be able to trust that GPM got things handled is awesome. They do not worry me with minor issues, but will let me know of any major repairs. By around the 10th of each month, i get a statement detailing rental received, minus any repairs, minus the management fees, equals money in the bank. Peace of mind is priceless! Thanks!

I rented from Guardian for two years, they were always prompt in maintenance requests, they always changed the air filters,which I find where I'm at now, I have to change them myself even though I don't own the property. Never had any issues with them and I really lucked out the first time renting from them bc who Im renting from now is terrible. I would highly recommend these guys.
