We absolutely LOVE the Irvine Group!! Our house burned down in March ‘23. They give updates as our project went on. They went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed and wanted. We turned around and used Stephanie to list and sell our house. She made it happen in ONE MONTH, and we are so thankful and blessed with BOTH outcomes the construction/rebuilding our home. We had another company quoted and they were more expensive as well as slower and we wouldn’t have the home rebuilt in the time the Irvine group quoted. We were told January/ Feb for our house to be done, but by the hard work and dedication of their team, we were in our him by Christmas 🫶🏼💙

Had a very bad experience with this company. Moved into the Montgomery area for a short time and leased property for a year and a half. Never called them for anything and made all payments on time. Even had a separate maintenance gentleman that would fix anything that needed to be taken care of. Towards the end I had to communicate to extend lease for a short period. They were very difficult to work with and hard to get ahold of and never called me back in a timely manner. Would text me back never call and several times after 8:00pm. Website is not customer friendly at all. I would never buy nor lease with a company that is so difficult. Both owners were not very friendly and was rude on several occasions. I would never trust them with any contracts when it would come to buying or selling a home. Just received deposit reimbursement receipts and know a head of time they would find something to charge extra for even though the property was left in very good condition.

I couldn’t possibly say enough good things about Irvine group. My husband and I were first time homebuyers and Earl went above and beyond to find the perfect home for us. He was confident he could find the home for us and he delivered. He is definitely who you want to have on your team when it comes to negotiations and all the nitty gritty of buying a home. He was professional, kind and made the process enjoyable. The Irvine group also did construction on our home after we purchased it and I honestly am at a loss for words. Brad and the awesome team of guys worked tirelessly in over 90 degree weather for days, kept smiles on their faces and made us feel so comfortable. Their work is absolutely beautiful and done with complete excellence. An atmosphere that could have been stressful and overwhelming to a new home owner having so many people in and out of the house, they made enjoyable and stress free. If you’re looking for a new home or to fix up your home. Call them!!

Stephanie and Earl are exceptional people and excel is what they do! They flipped our starter home for an affordable rate and it looked incredible after completion! By doing this, we were able to sell our home and pull top dollar!
They also helped us for years with property management! We were able to rent out a home, and Earl handled all of the dealings with the tenants, money, and maintance to where we were never required to get involved.
