Rock star team oversaw the sale of my aunt's townhome led by Lauren Detamore. My aunt passed away in July 2024 and I was charged with remotely managing the sale from out of state. The estate attorney referred me to Lauren right away and I'm so glad he did. She managed all aspects of the sale process through closing and I signed documents remotely. Also, having a dedicated closing processor on the team to deal directly with the title company is a nice benefit for sellers. Highly recommend!
