The Maxam Mortgage team was AMAZING! They really made the process very simple. Very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They quickly and easily gave us multiple options and helped my wife and I to make the best decision for us. The paperwork was very minimum and easy to provide. From start to finish including pre approval, underwriting approval, closing and signing the loan it was the fastest and easiest experience I’ve ever had. I definitely recommend them to anyone! Not only did they do an outstanding job, but you could tell they truly cared about us making the best decisions and were very patient helping us and answering all of our questions.
