Things were going well in terms of correspondence when I applied, until I made the first payment for them to hold the apartment. Down hill after that. They never let me see the apartment first and stated that is their way of doing it. I was sent pictures instead, of an apartment that I was told was what mine would look like. Close but not exactly. The day I moved in I could smell air freshener when I walked in but when it wore off it had a bad smell. The hall closet doors are always off the track and the painted cabinets and doors are peeling. There are lumps in the floor that are tiled over. The toilet paper holder spins and I can't use it. Towel bar is also cheap and not tightly fixed into wall. The sidewalk out front is lumped up with concrete and is a terrible eye sore, not to mention a safety hazard. I don't know how this place passed an inspection. My mailbox keys don't work and Im going through hell and high waters to get my mail. I just moved in a month ago and already some person who looks like a man in drag came to the office door screaming at me and threatening me because I complained about my mailbox keys. I'm not from Fort Wayne and I've NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS LOW LIFED CUSTOMER SERVICE BEFORE at an apartment complex. Apparently the corporate office doesn't care because it would never be happening and they don't even respond. Absolutely horrible

A BUNCH OF THIEVES
i can not believe the lies these people spew out their mouths. first i was told not by one but several people including 'manager' that i would get new appliances only to be told they had misspoken, then i filled out an application for someone who happen to sign a lease and now they don't want to give me credit. saying he did not put my name on application when i myself filled the application for him HELLO OF COURSE I PUT MY NAME thank goodness i gave housing my info before they would lie on voucher application. i am so disappointed and sadden that people could lie like their lives depending on it.

Called a few times left messages for a return call.
After a call just one more time spoke with Cory about the application and availability. She was very apologetic for not returning my call right away and made sure to walk me threw the application process and time line for an available 3 bed room. Definitely A+ customer service
