One of the best things you can do to make buying your home as easy as possible is to have good rapport with your lending agent. We got that and more with Senior Lending Agent, Peggy Dunn!!
My husband and I were working out of the state when we finally found our perfect home. Peggy made the loan process super simple and we were in constant contact with her via phone or text when we couldn’t be there in person. She worked with us every step of the way to make sure we had all the needed documents in the appropriate time frame and to make sure we both understood all the important papers before signing to get the loan. When we needed her, she was there for us days, nights, weekends and holidays!
Peggy was friendly, thoughtful and truly cared about our unique situation. She is intelligent, hard working and very resourceful. Debbie was referred to me when I was shopping for a mortgage. After walking in off the street without an appointment I was treated very kindly by the front desk administrative assistant. Debbie was able to see me within a few minutes and was very helpful in answering my questions.

Scott Kleven with The Mortgage Company was great in every step through my refinance. I have owned my house for many years. During this time, I have worked with several lenders to do a refinance. All of the other loans for various reasons just fell apart through the process. This is the first refinance that I have had on this house and it is all because of the great work that Scott did for me. Scott is not pushy and he is very kind and I really like that. Scott does well with working through any issues that arise. I think that is why everything through the whole process went so smoothly.
