Salomon is the man! Seriously, this guy knows his way around lending, is super responsive, gets incredible rates, and can get creative if he needs to with your lending needs. Exceptional professionalism and responsiveness from A to Z. We had a 16 day close on a VA loan - signed loan docs with several days to spare. Salomon started off as my personal lender for a refi on my home. When the market crashed and I had 2 mortgages on my home, wanting to roll into one, no one said they could help, or they wanted to charge a tremendous amount to do so!
Salomon was recommended to me by my friend- he did her refi free of charge- no way I thought! Too good to be true!
But he was able to not only roll my 2 loans into 1, but didn't even charge!
I have been using his company as my preferred lender ever since becoming a Realtor (and still use personally). He now helps all the agents on our team and has yet to let us down!

Just when you think it is impossible, Salomon comes through and makes it happen for you! In today’s market it is really difficult to qualify for a home loan. High interest rates and red tape are usually huge road blocks. A creative and resourceful lender is what buyers need! After working with Salomon and his team (especially Kristy) I will be making all of my purchases with them and referring everyone to them! If you are working with this team consider yourself extremely lucky!
