I recently attended the Loan Servicing Seminar in California and it was one of the best seminars I have attended! The staff was amazing and knowledgeable not to mention they focused on what we wanted to learn and explore for our daily use. The lunches and after class meetings were so helpful in getting to know our account executives and build relationships with others that do similar day to day work in TMO. We toured their office as well which was great to meet the behind the scenes team!! I would highly recommend attending!

I recently attended The Mortgage Office Loan Servicing Seminar, and it was a fantastic experience! I learned so much, and I truly appreciated the opportunity to ask questions in a comfortable and welcoming environment. The staff went above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable.
Roxanne did an outstanding job organizing the entire seminar—everything ran smoothly from start to finish. We were pampered with delicious food, snacks, and drinks, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
AJ’s energy is contagious! He was so friendly and engaging, creating a lively atmosphere that made learning fun. Ramiro is incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of the industry. He answered everyone’s questions with clear, simple explanations and took the time to assist each attendee with their specific concerns, resolving them right then and there. Mike was also there to help anyone facing technical difficulties with their laptops, ensuring that everyone could fully participate without any interruptions.
Danielle, my account manager, was eager to help with anything I needed and was incredibly friendly. She even took the time to come down and meet me personally, as their offices are on the 8th floor, which I truly appreciated. We also had the opportunity to tour their amazing space and take in the stunning views from their office. I also had the opportunity to meet Chelsea, my former account manager, in person. She is incredibly friendly and was more than willing to answer any questions anyone had.
The Mortgage Office software is an excellent choice, it is user friendly, and it meets all of our needs and more. During the seminar, I was able to discover a few additional features that our business may be able to use, which was a great bonus.
Overall, this seminar exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to gain knowledge about the industry, including setting up loans and servicing them. The seminar was well-organized, informative, and provided a supportive environment for learning. Thank you to the entire team for such a valuable and enjoyable experience!

The Mortgage Office Seminar was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. During the seminar, we discussed topics tailored specifically to the attendees, which made it highly informative. I also learned how to use some features that I’m definitely planning to share with my team. Meeting my account manager in person was a highlight—it made the experience feel much more personal. I want to apologize in advance for all the help I’ll be needing from Danielle. I truly enjoyed being part of the TMO family and greatly appreciate all the effort that went into making the seminar a success.

We have been using the TMO software for mortgage loan servicing for several years now. TMO has been a very helpful software, and super easy to use making our daily job easier. It's an all in one!!!! Also very important, the TMO support team is amazing, they are very professional and are always available to help.

The Mortgage Office loan servicing program features excellent handling of Trust Accounting. You can sell a loan to multiple investors, assign any percentage you want, and program handles split payments perfectly. have never had a problem with an investor check in 7 years. Customer support is also excellent (although I rarely use it).
