The Palladian Patio Homes have the nicest rental properties of anywhere that I have ever lived. My family rented a two bed/two bath home with a garage. The rooms are quite large with a very large living dining kitchen area. Maintenance is performed continuously on the property to help maintain a very high standard. A gentleman by the name of Pete conscientiously keeps the swimming pool in top notch order for all who swim. You could not ask for a better maintenance man than Ed. After saying all of that, I want to say Hayley, the Manager, is the very best of the best. She listens, communicates, is very responsive and shows genuine concern for all who live at The Fairhope Palladian. If you are looking for a permanent or temporary residence, The Palladian at Fairhope is the place for you!

The Palladian was a great place to live while starting a new job in Daphne! It was spacious, clean, with plenty of green space for my puppy! I loved the tall ceilings and the little patio! It was very private and I enjoyed my morning coffee outside many mornings! The neighbors were top notch...friendly, but never intrusive! The management was extremely helpful and efficient! Following the hurricane in the fall of 2020, management had “boots on the ground” knocking on every door checking on the residents! It was a wonderful place to live!

My wife and I moved to Alabama just about three weeks ago into Palladian at Fairhope. Our experience has been excellent. The grounds and the buildings are attractive and well maintained. The property manager, Haley, is very friendly and her door is always open to help any resident with any issue. Eddie, the maintenance man, is respectful and willing to fix any thing that might come up that needs a looking at in your apartment. Anyone looking for a quality apartment should look here!

Haley is AMAZING!! We got into a place within 48 hrs from the time we reached out as everything fell into place. She has made this transition as smooth as possible and gone over every little detail to ensure we are knowledgeable about the property. We are already feeling at home!! Thank you Haley!! 😊

It's been a year since we moved in and my family and I love it here. We have been through a pandemic and an intense hurricane season with Sally coming through here. Haley and the staff have handled it all with such a professionalism. I never once worried about anything even while sitting with the power out. They were onsite taking care of all of the residents, even with their own homes to worry about. It couldn't have been easy on them but it never showed. Everyone is alerted about updates and new rules. We trust Haley and the staff she runs. We have been so happy living here!!! They are much appreciated. 🙂

The Palladian at Fairhope is all you could want in an apartment. It is a little neighborhood that is pet friendly and family friendly. It is quiet here most of the time, and the grounds and greenery are well cared for.
The apartment I stayed in was roomy and had all modern amenities. Anytime I needed anything, Haley and Arthur took care of it promptly.
If you’re looking for a safe, clean space to stay a while in beautiful Fairhope, you just can’t do much better than the Palladian.

Lived here short term while house hunting. They have short term leases and that’s hard to find here.

The manager Haley is truly amazing. We did have a couple of maintenance issues upon move-in and they were in transition between maintenance personnel. Haley stayed on it and the issues were resolved.

The property is well maintained and location is awesome.

We have met several people who have been here for years. They have 2 & 3 bedroom units and the 2 BR units have single car garages.

Comfortable, clean, quiet and convenient.

They are Covid conscious and the office is closed except for appointments but Haley is available by phone. There is a nice pool, workout room and grill available by booking a time through the properties app on your phone. So, those public areas are reserved and occupancy restricted.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! This has been my home away from home while working, my oasis, the place where I felt like a queen in my beautiful, immaculate castle!!!!! Miss Haley has been the best, most super helpful in every way!!!! They have special events, trivia contests with prizes, a beautiful pool, fitness center, safe quiet community, and everyone is so super friendly!!!! Any little maintenance issue that needed to be fixed was super easy to put in a maintenance requests for and quickly fixed!!! I am going to miss this place and the people immensely when I go back home to North Alabama, but I am so thankful I had the opportunity to experience this beautiful apartment home in this wonderful city of Fairhope!!!!!❤

Very nice and quiet place to live or transition to the area. Grounds are kept up very nicely and regularly. Friendly people and staff. Haley has done a great job since arriving at the Palladian Fairhope. If we were to need housing again temporarily, we will look at this place again for sure.
