Our home buying experience has been interesting. We started with a loan application at a bank we have dealt with for years. The agent working with the sellers became concerned that we were not going to reach the sellers desired closing date and attempted to reach our loan officer. The loan officer never returned the calls. Our agent asked us if we would consider switching to another mortgage organization and gave us contact information for Troy. Troy came to our home the following morning and we completed the loan application. Troy immediately contacted the sellers agent and removed any concerns. He and his team were so efficient and diligent that we were able to close on the date the sellers were wanting.. Troy did an excellent job for us and we give him and his team our highest recommendation!
