This management company is the worst. They do not care about quality of life of tenants. Safety is out they window! If they notify about something like yearly check of smoke detectors they do not do them and never notify tenants that it was canceled. The pool was demolished without notifying tenants. Jack hammering for hours and days. I texted manager Claudia and she lied about it. She lied thru her teeth about everything. Not a surprise because she has proven to be a habitually liar about everything. She is the 4th manager in under a year. I contacted regional manager who lied about emails sent to tenants. Not one tenant has recieved one. We cannot get copies of utility bills we pay that keep going up. By law they have to disclose to tenants. But nothing has been given. They still advertise with hugh banner a nice pool but I posted how the pool sits now and has been that way for about a month. Still not email telling tenants ANYTHING ABOUT THE POOL CONSTRUCTION! Some tenants don't know their rights cuz they are afraid to complain. No rent reduction. No communication at all!
If you care about your tenants do not hire them and if you arelooking at a property that they manage, RUN!
The management will respond to negative reviews like they care. They don't care and it is ALL BS! They say they strive to improve but then reviews do not stop being negative. Don't be fooled by this management company. They are ALL LIARS!!

I am ABSOLUTELY SICK OF THIS PLACE!!!!! As of 10:49 AM on Wednesday 12/11/2024 we have gone about 28 hours WITHOUT HOT WATER!!!!!!
That means no hot showers, no ability to use the dishwasher, no ability to hand wash dishes (due to the need of hot water to help cut grease) no hot water for the washing machine.
My boyfriend has a major neurological disorder that causes severe muscle spasms so a hot shower in the morning helps to alleviate some of the tightness.
He is now in SEVERE PAIN due to the inability to take a hot shower for 2 days in a row!!!

Do we get a rent concession for the MAJOR INCONVENIENCE? NOPE!!!!

Don’t even get me started about the fact that our rent is ABOVE MARKET!!! We pay $2,605 for 985 square feet…we don’t have a community center, a fitness center, tennis courts or a dog park. ZERO amenities aside from an in unit washer and dryer. If our rent was late, there would be a problem. However, if the water goes out, no problem…

This is at least the 5th or 6th time this year that there has been a hot water issue!!!
I am unable to adequately relay how disgusted I am over this!!!

Management and the complexes with the REM management group are not kept up well, nor taken care of to make the complex a desirable place to live. They are non responsive to complaints and issues in a timely manner with their property’s apartments and the maintenance they hire are sloppy and not competent in skills to do their job efficiently; they consistently show up without the needed materials to fix problems and therefore forcing me to take more time off of work to meet them another time. I moved in with every appliance broken and needing to be fixed or replaced. And now I have rodents that management cares less about taking care of after sending them emails and messages for 4 days and having the police/fire department out to try to help. Do not live in their Palm Springs complexes.

If you want to live in a place which looks like the projects, where almost all of the tall, beautiful, mature, and very healthy trees were cut down ("because they are messy", according to Megan, Villa Creek Apartments in Cypress, CA office person), where there is constant noise due to never ending "improvement projects", yet, they won't fix the heaters in bedrooms or install new windows (only new apartments get them), which makes winters here unbearably cold (these are old buildings with a very poor insulation), then please, do come to live here. As an additional bonus, you will experience transients coming here a few times a week going through dumpsters in the middle of the night. How fun. If you like all of the above - enjoy living in Villa Creek Apartments in Cypress.
Otherwise - RUN; run as fast as you can. Since Remm became the owner of this complex a few years ago things have gotten worse, so much worse.

I have had a vendor/client relationship with REMM Group for almost 5 years. Their entire team from the corporate level to the leasing staff are always a pleasure to work with. You can feel the dedication they have for their clients, residents, and staff. I would highly recommend to anyone needing Property Management service, a place to live or a place to work.

This property management company is the worst! When Remm took over managing the apartments I lived in a few years ago, they ruined a nice property. Unprofessional management from senior level to onsite property manager as well. No accountability or concern for residents. Always finding new reasons to raise rents while properties deteriorate. A very greedy and money-hungry corporation. If you are looking to rent please bypass Remm Group.

This is crazy! You can't reach anyone at the REMM Group nor any of the apartment complexes. When you call all the numbers during business hours all you get there is no voicemail setup. You also do not receive any response to your emails either.

Absolutely awful management. Please do not live with them, save yourself endless emails and calls to no one (think you’ll get a return call? Think again), damaged property from months of improper construction, water leaks, poor documentation, worst communication I’ve ever had from a management company. Everyone in my building was whispering about how they needed to leave and hated management, no exaggeration, I had that conversation with strangers in the elevator multiple times.

Do not rent from remm.
