I was so impressed with a great customer service I received at your store. I have never been to a UPS store that makes a customer feel welcome to when they walk in and leave. Would like to say thank you to Gloria for giving me probably one of the best exceptional service that I’ve ever received at a UPS store she deserves to be rewarded for her great Customer Service. And I can see her exceeding and being very successful in a management position at UPS.

This store has their system "down" like every week, and you can't send packages, use amazon returns, or send any type of mailing.It is very inconvenient. Better look for another store or call before you make the trip and ask if their system is working.

The staff are very friendly, prompt and helpful. I never had any problems using the facility for printing or returning and sending packages. I particularly like this branch because they have never failed to provide good customer service and support.

Just moved back home from school and needed some things to be shipped back to my roommates and the new people here are super awesome! I love that they are honest about their prices. The girl that helped me was really nice and showed me comparisons between USPS and UPS prices. She told me that the USPS was definitely cheaper and told me to go with them but I needed the track and ship guarantee to make sure my items weren't damaged so I ended up going with UPS (the price difference was only a couple dollars, but I needed the peace of mind!)

I think honesty goes a long way and the super friendly service definitely won my business! I will definitely be coming here for all my shipping needs. No one knows this but they also do all USPS services so bye bye post office lines!!!

Went to print passports picture for my daughter the guy that took the pic did not tell her to take her glasses off turn out the picture was rejected by the passport office I call them and explain that j couldn't use the pice and I needed a refund to which he said I have to show proof the pic was rejected by the post office and product a receipt I explained to him I don't have the receipt it's been a month that's how long it took me to get an appointment. Bottom line he I was out $30.00 just because he did not know the job the was hired to do.
