I have been here for lunch many times, for the foodbank, holiday gift boxes with hams and turkeys. Sandwiches and goodies galore, great people, polite and ready to give you a hand. Times spent here makes you feel welcome like family. The presence of God is definitely in that building and those people who help everyone. Thank you all.

One star only because the young lady in front desk was very rude. She didn’t want to help with any information and when asked a simple question she would answer like if I was bothering her. The window needs someone more friendly.

Normally it's a pleasant place but today I want to go check my mail cause my government phone was dropped off yesterday and she was kinda rude instead of just explaining the food boxes were priority

Especially since this place reopened all the way, it’s been a nightmare. The volunteers never know what’s going on, most are rude and rush you along while you’re back there, and every single time I end up with way expired, moldy food! Not to mention the one time I had an older female volunteer try to shame and scold me for having my child there when the child wasn’t even mine! I don’t have any kids! Just went 8/12 and they gave us milk that had expired on the 4th. It’s great what they do but people and their children cannot eat food that’s saturated in mold and expired for sometimes weeks. The boxes that were pre made were even better than this. Please, do better for these people that NEED your services. Close to half of what I bring home ends up being thrown away because we have no time to inspect the food before taking it. Why volunteer at all if you don’t really care ):

I've been going to The Window for 10 years now , it's always been a great and helpful place with friendly employees but now they hired a bunch of rude people, what's the point in helping people if you're going to be rude to them . Me and my uncle always go to the pantry and they told us (after covid happened) that only 1 person could go back in the pantry but me and my uncle explained to them that he needs my help to see and choose items, so they let me go back with him everytime we go but today the lady working the pantry was rude and telling us that no I cant go back or I can go back by myself and said she doesnt care if my uncle needed my help and that we both cant go together and she yelled that at us. It's a shame what you have to deal with now a days .
