I absolutely LOVE Thinkwise Credit Union. I started with them 16 years ago to open my first bank account with my first paycheck, and I’ve happily been with them since! I’ve had several auto and personal loans through Thinkwise, their rates are always competitive! I walked in just this last week to open a CD for my son, and immediately David was so helpful and quickly got me to where I needed to be. I shared great conversation and laughs with Elizabeth, Bertin, and Monica while they were setting up the account. Then before leaving, I shared more conversation and laughs with Lisette and Theresa! Moises is also always quick to help with a smile. The customer service is just absolutely unparalleled! Every time I go into the bank it feels like I’m greeted and taken care of by family! I refer everyone I know to Thinkwise!

I've been with this CU for some time and have nothing but the best to say about their Care and commitment. Whether in person or over the phone. I've always had a pleasant experience and when needing assistance with loan or account information they are always pleasent and ready to help.
All the staff I've dealt with are beautiful, especially Bertin from loan office. He never tires of my questions, he's honest and follows through. Thank you all for everything that you do!

I would like to say how thankful my mom and I are for the help that Kristy at the SB Thinkwise extended to us on Friday. My mom is elderly and has had problems with accessing her account online and her debit card. Kristy was patient and kind with us. She took care of all of your requests! I have banked at Thinkwise Credit Union for 35 years. Over these years I have moved to different communities and I have never opened a bank account anywhere else. The sole reason for this is their outstanding and professional staff. It is so refreshing to talk their staff who are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. For example, I recently needed help with a more complicated transaction and both Leslie and Deborah went above and beyond to assist me. They both were extremely patient, knowledgeable and guided me through the process. Within 2 days, the transaction was completed! If you are looking for a better alternative than the unfriendly corporate bank, you will be very pleased with Thinkwise Credit Union.

The staff at Thinkwise are the BEST! They are always so friendly and helpful. I've been banking with them for 24 years and I have never had a problem. They have the best rates for refinancing and for loans. Recently I was the victim of fraud and Kristy Sena and Bertin Castillo guided me through converting my accounts. Thinkwise Credit Union is #1. They are friendly, helpful and caring. They have helped me in so many situations and always with kindness and understanding. I thank Chrstie for helping me when my mom passed away. It was a difficult time, but Christie was there with kind words. I will always be grateful. I thank Deborah, Monica, Teresa, my wonderful cashiers, the loan officers. Each one has been there for me far beyond their job requirements. And they ALWAYS greet me with a smile.
