Thomas has much current knowledge regarding the Real Estate market and Thomas is able to utilize that information in order to price one's property at a great market price. Thomas is always available to answer my concerns and phone calls. If Thomas does not pick up, he quickly returns my calls. Thomas is also quite familiar with the mortgage loan industry. I met Thomas while I was out house hunting. My house was on the market and I already had a realtor. I stopped at one of his open houses. He was such a friendly person and really knew his business. A couple of weeks later there was an open house in my community and I went to look at the unit and lo and behold, there is Thomas again! I did not sell my house with the first or second realtor. Thomas kept in touch with me and I decided to let him sell my home. He sold it in 3 months! And at a great price! There was a minor repair that needed to be done and I had no idea how to get that repair done. Thomas went out of his way to personally find someone that could do the repair and he did some of the repair himself. How many realtors do you know that will personally take the time to come help with a repair so that your house can get sold? Thomas did! And they did a beautiful job! Not only is he very knowledgeable in the realty business but he will go the extra mile to make sure your house gets sold. Now because of his dedication and amazing customer service I am able to finally retire. And he liked my little Boxer Lucy and she liked him, which is saying a lot. Our family selected Thomas Rios to help us sell my husbands family home, where his parents lived since 1953.
