I’ve been a customer with State Farm close to 20 years. And I have never had a problem with this company. Tom is a great person and so is his staff. They all take the time to explain to you about your policies. And always try to find ways to make it a lot easier for you to understand. In some companies you get recording. This is the best agent hands down!! I was in an ongoing battle with the Va DMV. They accused me of not having insurance in a state that I no longer lived in. The accusation was from insurance monitoring the months of June-July 2013. I had moved back to California February 2013. They wanted proof of that info and it had to be perfectly worded with coverage amount on an insurance letterhead within 30 days or my Ca drivers license would be suspended. Imagine always having insurance with no lapse my entire life to becoming a victim of this snafu. Well thanks to Tom and the underwriters they worked diligently and saw this mess through to the end. I never had to worry that Thomas Torske, Jr would not come through. It felt good to work with someone who understood the pain of going through an incident no fault of my own. If you want someone who is professional, kind, knowledgeable and patient, Thomas Torske,Jr is your go to guy.
